Good place to stay. Less crowded then lijiang oldtown, people are nice, clean place. Many restaurant , stores, bar . Really enjoyed my time here

It is even much better than lijang ancient city . If u have a chance stay here for a day or two! Wonderful city , restaurants , Tibetan dogs!;)

Mi duo ke zhan. Guess house in shuhe old town . Cozy place. Good price. really friendly people who work here. Many food place and bars near this guess house.

Ding ding yoghurt . Only 10rmb for plain yoghurt and the honey topping are free! Good taste. Really love it. I ate it almost everyday haha

Like it much better than Dayan old town . Less crowded and the streets are easier to walk on. Things here Are also cheaper and they have many nice cafeterias around.

If you take a taxi to here, dont trust the driver about you should buy the entrance ticket, just get off the car before the main entrance then walk in, or try as the most popular tips told you.

Better than Lijiang but best to hire a bike and head out to the outlying smaller villages . Be sure to call in on Dr Ho in Baisha village .

Gorgeous village . Slightly commercialized but better than the bigger Old Town

The part of town closest to the main gate is a tourist infested nightmare. The back streets are slightly more worth it, though you'll still find crappy tourist stores aplenty.

Beautiful streets, unfortunately crowded with tourists . It counts a lot of great inns to stay at however.

So many cool places to eat or chill for coffee , take your time looking around before you decide where to stop.

Go to baisha , it s what you were hoping to get in shuhe: no tourists (yet) and a nice old village .

Watch out for the horse poop , dog poop and kids peeing in the streets!

If they ask you to pay an admission fee, tell them you're staying there and they won't.

再过两年或许不到两年，这儿也就完全跟丽江一样了，义乌小商品一条街＋臭水沟＋垃圾酒吧 ＋垃圾客栈。好像已经是这样了吧

商品一条街+臭水沟+垃圾酒吧 ，去酒吧真没什么意思。菜虽然也不算贵但是当地来说比较贵的了。

好吧，被收了门票，没有看到说自己住里面可以免票的tips啊
