Literally a two person operation. Get there early! It's worth the wait. This hash browns are the best I've ever tasted.

Best biscuits and gravy in Tacoma. Just about everything here is great. Only bad thing is the size and the usual wait but Pat and Chad are usually the only staff ...well worth the wait!

Open 6am to 2pm every day except Monday! LOVE their breakfasts - made to order, and always fresh & delicious! Honest and warm - what more could you want? And for lunch ...can't beat their egg salad !

The food was pretty good, but not worth waiting for more than an hour. There's less than 10 tables in the place. How long does it really take to cook some eggs and a pancake ? I dont get it.
