Gibson's white sauce is proof that God loves us.

Location isn't bad but compared to Lawler's it suffers by comparison. The sauce is good but not as good, nor available in multiple heat severities. The sandwiches are good but have less pork . Meh.

Just a restaurant . Though I actually like the vinegar coleslaw . The ribs get a c+. the baked beans n green beans taste like they from a can. But hey... They got RedHot on the table.

They don't serve beer and the food wasn't bad.

The BBQ is dry and bland. There are half dozen better BBQ places in Huntsville.
