It's my local beach and I love it. Great swimming great cafe great vibe.
A good playground and toilets for the kids, park across the road if it's busy. Remember to walk south down the shoreline below the low cliffs and horizontal trees .

At low tide walk from Narrow Neck Beach to Cheltenham Beach and North Head and back again. Fantastic.
Cafe here makes fantastic date squares and great coffee

More of a locals beach than Mission Bay, it’s got a few nice restaurants (SH Cafe, La Fourchette and Musashi) and a cute little playground down the far end of the beach for younger kids - Lewy Jones
