General tip for Swarmers who come to Beijing: Don't expect any place to have English proficient staff . This isn't Shanghai or HK. This is a real Chinese city . Also Starbucks on 5F is less crowded .
I compare with Foshan Lecong Starbucks here coffee and NY cheesecake was awful. I don't like Foshan, but Sturbucks there was better(((
Not sure if this is the one along chaoyangmen but the staff ate not english proficient .
