Cleanliness, environment, decorations, liveliness , staff friendliness, good facilities, animals are so active n well fed! The only downside is not enough rides for water park and thrilling rides .

the night time hot spring theme park is really fun and love the music , the live performances and the various hot spring pools available. good place to be at night for some relaxing and fun times.

Not bad!here we got hot water pool & 'cave ' to relax like in the sauna of the spa..the theme was awesome just they need to add up more exciting in the dry park & slidings!food great esp local mee kari

Rm15 for locker. Well maintained, expanding the site with new attractions . Some credit card offer 15% discount . Downside is the attire for pool is not controlled thus the cleanliness is in doubt.

The park are well maintain & clean.The animals are all well kept. Tigers look healthy and well feed, more animals please :) the waterpark are fun to get wet in, and definitely love the hotspring :)

great water theme park but the rides are too little compared to it's older sibling, Sunway Lagoon . However their hot spring pools are awesome!!

Avoid weekend school holidays...packed like sardin. Queue 4 everything from entrance till go home. I suggest come real early like 930am and kids ready to hit water around 1030am.

If you come during public school holidays expect to find all sorts of characters in the place. Including the uneducated ones who smokes next to the no smoking sign & where babies are sleeping.

Not as huge as Sunway Lagoon so expect to pack with people during holidays and weekends. Smokers will just smoke like nobody business and no guards around. Theme park is not allow to smoke.
