You should bring your own sandals and robe, as any good spa would, They should provide it, The idea is to relax not to worry from the beginning about not forgetting anything.

I liked The facilites, The food Was good (a little bit high the price if you consider that I Also paid for a treatment) and I really liked The activities in The sauna

When entering or leaving the saunas , get in an out as quickly as you can. PLEASE DO NOT stand there with the door wide open and let out all the heat. smh

Need to be extremely quiet ...whispering even seems frowned upon. Also food is pretty pricy with limited options. Focus is on health, we did not see any "typical" food options.
