The usual pharmacists are fantastic, but the locum one has massive issues with customer service. The rest of the staff are helpful and lovely. - G F

It's has the best damn staff in any cinema in hull! Try to help them out by taking out your own rubbish. They're really pleased when you do. :) - Michael Flemming
The screens themselves could do with some TLC as there are sometimes broken or well worn seats to avoid, but with sub £5 tickets and free parking you can't go wrong. - Shaun Collier
