Cheapest lunch place in Oakland.  Take elevators to 11th floor .  Open to the general public.

Not a bad place to grab lunch if you are at Lathrop hall, Scaffe, or at the hospital . Lunch rush can pack the elevators but its often faster than walking through oakland. 11th Floor is where this is!

Good food for decent prices.

Don't go here, the staff are so rude! I spilled a bit of my drink on the counter due to the lid not sealing correctly, and the cashier told me something along the lines of "you better clean this up!"

Don't even consider the pretzel cheese ...
