Nice and very well organized equipment. A pampering sauna , jacuzzi , steam room and massage room section is available for free (massage at fee). Amazing
Plug-in you iPhone or iPod in the iPod socket in the cardio machines and when you SYNC with you computer you can follow you training on the Nike website, very cool.

Convenient location but one of worst golds gyms in Cairo so far. No power backup ...which means no electricity during power cuts. Although they do have almost complete cross fit equipment...
