Go online and download your documents , fill them out then print them before you arrive. It saves you and the rest of us a lot of time. Less waiting if you're organised.
If you're coming to pick up on your pick up date, come closer to end of day. They told me noon (I paid for expedited service too) and they hadn't printed my passport at 3pm when I arrived.

Expect to wait 15-25 minutes just to get a ticket # for the main lineup, then an additional 1-2 hours to see an actual agent.
Go EARLY!!! As in 7:00am-kinda early!! Ever been to the Apple store at Christmas ? Yeah... just like that, only with grumpy people!
Do yourself a favour, check online to be sure you have all your proper documentation … then prepare yourself for a long wait .

Come early before 8 on a rainy day....line up is short . Only 6 more people ahead of me.....
Just go one day in the morning before 9am and if you're renewing, you'll barely have to wait!
Here on a Friday at 10 in the morning and there's no line . ????
Did all the correct things, downloaded & fully completed form as per instructions. Still had to wait through 25 minutes line up, only to be told that my wait will be at least another 45 minutes.
Try getting there when they open at 730 and be the first in line
They said Fridays' before a long weekend are busy. Here on the Tuesday after a long weekend, only a 15mins wait.
