Sydney at the front desk is very rude. I am a Hilton Diamond member and she told me to take my reservation somewhere else. The GM Steve was very nice though when I had to tell him what happened.

Internet service is terrible. They claim to have high-speed Internet, but 55kbps is like dial-up speed. Forget watching a video. If u need Internet don't stay here.
