While the entrance and parking might be slightly confusing the staff are very willing to help over the phone. Great hotel ! Highly recommend!
Snacks , fresh fruit , veggies , hummus , yogurt , kashi, espresso , pellegrino , juice ..this is the best place for healthy eating on the road . And you can buy a little Etch-S/Sketch too!
Quirky, unique, and fun! Parking is free, a bit hard to figure out where to enter. I do recommend this place.
Great downtown location directly across from the convention and BOK centers . Just blocks from downtown restaurants and businesses.
Former city hall building...interesting building repurposing and cool hotel . If parking a car enter from Frisco street to get to parking lot !
While staff was amazing, helped me with flat tire , disappointed w/their lax security, thus my tire was slashed three times. Will reconsider hotel for Tulsa next year due to large homeless population.
This is the best place to stay for a BOK Center event ! Rooms are small, but so cool! Love it!!
Parking is a mess, but other than that its on par with other aloft hotels . Would be a great place to stay if your going to an event at the BOK center . It's just a block away.
A must stay for BOK events ! Just follow the signs to find where to park
Love Aloft!!!! Great location. So glad it was pet friendly .
Pet friendly :)
The breakfast needs some major improvement. This is what $8 gets you. Eggs that tastes like microwaved yellow Legos, limp hashbrown and boring muffins
Very very #pet #furryhuman friendly ! Great experience
Great before a BOK concert ; within walking distance
Dog friendly hotel .
Don’t expect to unpack there are five hangers and absolutely no drawers. The dryer is just hanging from a hook. Not acceptable for a business trip if you ask me
Its definately tucked away! Difficult to determine where to enter
Room didn't get cleaned on my first day and the front desk didn't even say sorry and then told me that it would be 45 mins till they could get to my room. It was already 9pm at this point. Terrible.
Yikes. No in-room dining; strange, cold rooms (my heater never worked); inconvenient to get in/out (pedestrian gate with a code)… will not be back.
Do not eat the food at WXYZ. Worse than airplane food. Seriously. Really nice staff , but...ick on the microwave chicken tenders .
Highly recommend The Mayo. It's beautiful, comfortable, and roomy. The staff is top notch. Very cool decor, restaurant and atmosphere are great. - Shannon Tomlin Graham
Spanish colonial architecture, old world elegance and modern flair combine in this upscale hotel located just off Route 66. Book a stay in one of the 26 uniquely themed rooms for a memorable time. - TravelOK
LOVE the BOK! Would rather see events here than in OKC! Great venue! - Kimmi Houston
Jessica is very knowledgeable about the beers! Cottage pie and sweet potato fries yummy! - Lahn Bain
