No queue after 2pm, minimum $7 for fish soup is hardly competitive when there are other good fish soup options in the same hawker centre. Fish is thickly sliced and not overly salted which is nice.
The place opens around 1030am. Queue will start forming a few minutes after that. You may want to go around 11am latest if you cannot stand long queues. Prices for the fish soup are $7, $10 and $12.
This stall has one of the longest queues during lunchtime. I feel that it is not worth the q-ing time as there are much tastier fish soups elsewhere and it is quite pricey with the cheapest at $7.
The soup is one of the best in Singapore . But I think the reason for the long queue is due to the slow cooking.i only bother to eat here during off peak hours
Superb soup but fish is just mehhh...
Long queue even around 3PM.
Expensive, but worth it IMO
If u love pomfret, come by 1230pm or it would be sold out. However u probably have to q for at least 40 mins, compared to a shorter 30 Mins after 1pm
Soup is good but not to the extent of queuing for 1+ hours. and so expensive !
Omg the bestest fish soup ever- served wif fries garlic shallots and Ginger/vinegar/chilli dip
This stall is way better than its main competitor on 2nd level. They give Tang Oh instead of the lousy lettuce.
Best fish porridge in Singapore 2014
Fab chili but doesn't justify the long wait at lunch times

long queue/expensive/unhygienic/not filling = unsafisfied.i'll rather go to Han Kee any day.
