The new store is amazing!! I ordered my latte extra hot and am finally warming up after a cold day. Love this store.
They have excellent staff at this location. They make a point to learn your name and drink order (if you're that much of a regular)... That's good customer service.
Never a bad drink. Baristas and other staff are always in a good mood. They remember what you order so they know what I want before I order and ask me if I want my usual. :-)
Always order ahead and add ten minutes to whatever time the app promises your order. This location is frequently busy.
I used to really like this location, but their service has become incredibly slow over the past few months.
Chai tea lattes are so good and Pumpkin spice lattes are my favorite!

Their 'special' really isnt one. Most people perceive specials from retailers as discounts or custom offers on products and/or services.
Order a "for here" cup and get the cup discount without using a paper cup! Don't try walking out with it though or a barista might yell at you.
Great place to meet people and drink great coffee .
The noise of coffee beans grinding and milk steaming just gets me in study zone!
Ask for a Twisted Sister, they'll know what you mean.

Very slow to get inside orders made, nearly took 30 minutes, long waiting lines . Go to another location and save the stress.

I love spending time here a berry hibiscus refresher from Starbucks then sit and read a great book and the women's bathroom is very clean - Amanda Hartweck
