Coming very early or later at night is the best if you prefer not to workout when its crowded . (Who likes it when.its crowded anyways??)
Never had trouble finding a locker . Great range of classes . Zumba with Adam on Thursdays is the best. Clean showers . The life cafe has delicious smoothies !
Try the BMI Buster class with Marty at 8 on Fridays. It's the best! I lost 12 lbs, broke three ribs and can see my toes again!
Jim O'Brien's class on Monday and Wednesday nights is fantastic for toning and building muscle . Jim makes it fun with his music selections and occasional impromptu dance lessons.
Plenty of parking on Finn, Pinehurst , Highland and Ford Parkway for those willing to walk 0.5 to 1 block. Lot fine in off hours .
Get there early if you want a parking spot out front!
Consistently clean and well maintained. Lots of equipment with individual TVs .
Hopefully you don't mind Luke warm/cold showers if you come in high traffic times! Luckily my evening workouts are fast paced so i don't mind the cold showers to cool down!
Holy cow, Jim's CRT class kicks your butt. First time and had a blast. I have not sweat that much in a while. Try it out if you can.
I never have and never will understand why people shave in front of the mirrors naked... I don't even do that at my own house! PUT ON A DAMN TOWEL!!!
pretty nice racks and platforms for squats and olympic style lifts
Always check the class schedule first or you might be out equipment because rooms are closed off.
No bike parking on-street, but there is a rack in the ramp. It's an insecure wheelbender rack, but there's usually a security guard on post right next to it.
If you are going after work and the ramp is full, park behind the building on pinehurst (north of ford parkway ).
Parking ramp is open on weekends so no need to slide card! Time saver. Hastle-free.
Best fitness center of course!
plates on the cybex modular machines are usually 12.5 lbs for multijoint exercises
Six personal trainers standing around ignoring potential customers...lovely.
Please don't leave your belongings in front of the lockers while you shower . Thnx!
Staff and machines. Good value .
$40 weekly rate if you're visiting from out of town .
Try the weights or treadmill . They seem to do the trick.
Quick start anyone.
The Tuesday night Zumba is my favorite of all the Zumbas .
You can park across the street for 2 hours if the lot is full!
Where is everyone?
Busy after work, not enough lockers , so come at an non-peak time and it's great!
Monday 530 circuit class is awesome, kicks my butt every time!
Kristi's 5:45 spin class is the best in the cities !
Hanni's M and F 6:00am all levels Vinyasa class rocks. Namaste!
Love Jim's core class Mondays at 8
Cycle Monday 7:30pm with Walker-- best hour of my day!!
Not bad place.. Never any good looking girls to distract you when you run or lift
545 yoga on thurs is awesome
Don't just get fit..Get Eiro Fit! Read more
Worst place to park . Lot is almost always full!
