This is Los Angeles's answer to New York's B&H. It's a huge and impressive store with wildly knowledgeable employees.

Sometimes these guys have soooo much attitude...and sometimes not. It's hit or miss I say, but the products are amazing!

Customer service here is NOTORIOUS for not calling back-- especially the repairs department. Be pro-active about following up.

Rent photog equipment on Friday after 3, and return monday before 11 for only a one-day charge. But reserve your favorite lens in advance to avoid slim pickings.

Some of the employees might be nice, but prepare for eye rolling and short answers about 95% of the time.

Always, always disappointing. Nothing beats B&H and this place is just anemic in comparison. Crap hours, underwhelmed staff — except for the commodity stuff you can get on Amazon, horrible inventory.
