It's a great place to be in the sun, but a forking nightmare to get to in a car for the last mile in the tourist season. One track road with many large families walking up and down too.
Climb to the top of Brea hill for stunning views of the Camel estuary. Also, its well worth visiting St. Enedoc church hidden in the dunes behind the beach . Sir John Betjeman is buried there.
Great for walking the dogs - they love it. Get there early as it can fill up very quickly.
Best rock-pooling beach by far!
Very scenic
