Best place to stay in Cebu uptown! Walking distance from Ayala Center Cebu!! Made my Sinulog 2015 stay very happy!!
We tried moving to Crown for the Sinulog Parade but ended up going back to Elizabeth after. Their service is really much better than Crown. The hotel is also quieter and CLEANER.
