Good exercise with many device. The place wide and convinient.body pump, metabolic effect, and TRX, are classes what I like every morning.
Many exercise machine here. Fully facilities: shower , jacuzzi , sauna , safety locker. Some good classess.
There are wide range of exercise programs. Just follow any which that suits u best. I like the body pump!
