Nice hotel with a great location over looking the Tyne but could do with a refresh as the rooms are a little dated. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good.
You don't need instagram for any pics taken in this hotel . Everything is already vintage. Old.
Although advertised, no sauna pool or stream room. Great view from rooms though
Really nice hotel , helpful staff and great river location!
There's a ChargeBox here, so you can charge you're phone securely in one of the lockers- useful if you've forgotten to pack you're charger!
Very poor hotel , used to be lovely but has gone drastically down hill ! Small cramped room, tiny bathroom , half the lights don't work! Booked doubled but got twin & no free wifi , not even in reception!
Very nice hotel . Make sure you head down and get your breakfast before 10.30am!
Wireless is now available in the bar downstairs, however you still have to pay for it!...
There' no wireless. Only Ethernet on the fifth floor, for which they charge £8 per hour. They are taking the piss. So make sure you bring a Dongle and don't pay the greedy barstewards
In drastic need of a facelift and some money spent.
No wireless internet. Pool area needs a complete refurb. Gym has just 10 pieces of kit- go for a run on the river bank instead!
Rubbish hotel , 3pm and rooms not ready due to computer problem. Erm...
Pool and sauna are relaxed
This hotel is not recommended to business men. Internet is only available at robby area. NOT in the room.
