They put up a personal training cage in the middle of the floor, taking away space from weight equipment so that there can basically be a weight watchers petting zoo in the middle of the gym . Classy .

Stop by and see my Favorite Ladies at the Shake bar after your workout. Its a great way to re-fuel the body after that workout.

This place has, by far, the best fitness instructors in Buffalo.

I hated this place. The equipment is nice but the trainers don't even look like they workout and the attitude of the workers is pitiful. I feel like there is no responsible person running the gym .

Stop wearing perfume to the gym . The air that we are ALL breathing will appreciate it.

Wear a tank top when it's warm cause even though they charge you more they NEVER turn on the air.

This USED to be a great gym . Now, they have some of the worst trainers in Buffalo. They LIE by advertising that they are all certified when they have trainers who are NOT. AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COST
