Beautiful hotel with modern touches, including plenty of outlets and USB ports . You can just grab a bag of ice from the freezer placed where an ice machine would be? Aveda amenities make it perfect.
Interesting location, nice hotel . Some construction on the back part, outside the hotel . Great service!
The New Years Eve dream location for kids! They know customer service. Great dinner NYE at Charley 's-Noise makers, hats, tiaras and a buffet for the kids. Another perfect stay @ a gem of a hotel .

Good self parking lot/garage around the block w/ the entrance right into the hotel .
Not sure how often the draft lines are cleaned ... I'd suggest they do it a little more often! Buy bottled beer !
Save room for dessert & try the Toffee Almond Cake , it's probably my favorite dessert in the city now. Loads of caramel sauce !
Had such a great time at The Depot while attending the 2016 National INFRA Conference .
The hotel provides toothpaste and Aveda hair and body products. So far, so good.
The valet is bad, including a 40+ minute wait depending on their schedule running the hotel shuttle. Also, they don't start until 6am, so if you have an early flight you have get the car yourself.
Customer service has been fantastic until this morning. Don't bother with the breakfast door hanger. They don't pick them up.
Good for business travelers
If you have interest in the water park call ahead. It was closed when we came and no notice!
The entrees on the room service list are below average. The food is bland and generally underwhelming. Opt for a quick walk to a nearby restaurant or even chipotle. You won't regret it.
Great half price happy hour on appetizers & drinks M-F, 3-6pm!
They charge tax in addition to the base event cost.
Ask for a room in the historic section
Not a great Renaissance since the rooms are still distinctly Courtyard-ish, but the Club Lounge is top-notch.
Service in the bar is horrible. We waited 30 + for each drink.. was not a good thing. Food was sub par. Also we asked and put money down for 2 queen beds and didn't get it. Maid doesn't knock..
You must try the Walleye !
We've always enjoyed staying here on our "Guthrie" weekends.
There is an indoor waterpark for the kids.
I wanna come back and skate this winter Read more
