Lotus Root and Long Beans Stir Fried with Garlic was excellent. Simple dish but the flavours were awesome.
Guinness Pork Ribs were good too. A good portion of meat at the ribs and the sauce was lovely.
Homemade Beancurd with Minced Pork was another good preparation. It was really soft and good.
Steamed Fish was good. Generally not overdone and generous with the ingredients.
