Food is awesome here. We tried the Tallarines Verdes and the Chaufa de Mariscos . A tad pricy , but definitely good.
Just had the ceviche at the new brick and mortar location at the Linc. Needless to say, it was AMAZING! Definitely recommend it to any seafood lovers. ;)
The Vegetarian plate is great and has more on it than the menu indicates including my favorite, plantains .
Try the chicha morada (purple corn drink) and the papas a la huancaina (potatoes with cheese ) they are great.
They jacked up the price of the Ceviche and Tiradito by $5 likely due its popularity. Still worth it.

I would’ve like to try the food… But it took over an hour and a half to get our first appetizer so we gave up
Chicha Morada (purple drink) + ceviche = win
