You need to go to the first floor location and get a coffee made by Fong. She makes far better coffee than all of the other Tim Horton's employees at YOW. The line is shorter there too.

This Tim's is an absolute massacre. The debit machine rarely works. Tim cards can rarely be used. Credit cards don't often won't be accepted and the Iced Cap machine is always out of service!

Timmys in the us departure lounge is awful. However, eat timbits before you leave canada ;)

If you can, get to YOW earlier and buy your coffee before security. The Tim's after Security is still the worst one in Ottawa. It's almost as if they try to be slower than everyone else.

People have literally missed flights because this Tim Hortons was so slow.

Selection is limited here but if you have final cravings before leaving Canada ...dutchie timbits are way to go. 18 cents each.

The service on the arrivals level was the worst I've experienced at any Tims in Canada . Marie Anne was more focused on complaining about her knee then getting my order right.
