Best meal we have had in Lyon. Modern French with a Japanese touch! (Loving the complimentary chawanmushi with sashimi ) Every single dish was beautifully executed - must try the aged pigeon.
The desserts are very good. The other dishes are less sensational as expected of a 2-star Michelin restaurant . To much flavor are ‘broth’- based
