This new seaside place is rather crowded & chaos at surrounding carparks & eateries during weekend peak dinner hours, very different experience from Fri late night relaxing & romantic ambience .
There's lots of Terrapins in the 2 big muddy ponds at Punggol Point Park (also known as Punggol Jetty Park in some maps), located next to The Punggol Settlement.
Effective short chill-out along scenic seaside after late lunch at The Punggol Settlement. Most of the eateries are closed for weekdays afternoon rest between 2pm-5pm, no wonder carpark so empty
