Modest relaxing Japanese sushi restaurant . Sushi chef is either Japanese or Korean but speaks both languages.
Owner/manager was very rude and asked me to leave because I had a waffle with me from next door to have for dessert . Waitresses overworked kept apologizing to me for the owner/manager's behaviour.
Do not order sapporo unless you like frank's hot sauce on your rolls. Apart from that, excellent miso and basic rolls

So bad I had to spit out my food. The hokkigai on my sushi was dry almost like jerky . Every piece tasted like fridge-smell, cross-contaminated flavors and not fresh.

Super cheap, great combos (22 pc for $5.95), good sushi, but the service is slow - they kind of ignore you. Takeout is probably your best option. - Lindsay
The rice bowls they serve are legit. The salmon don is great. You get a solid meal for only eight/nine bucks. - Luke Takeuchi
