Fabulous service and a great stay. Front desk provided excellent service and was really helpful and professional. The hotel location was close to everything downtown. I would return for sure.

Stylish and smart hotel as well as elegance service. I had a fantastic week here and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Quito.

The hotel charges over 18 USD for breakfast . Instead walk to the nearby Cafe Miele and pay only 7 USD for a nice breakfast .

Overall, very impressed with my experience at this hotel . The location is fantastic, good value for location.

The pool is amazing.

No concierge , so you'll be paying .25 cents / min for the staff to make a call for you. Arrange tours , restaurants , etc prior to arrival.

Be careful with the taxis taken at the Quito hotel . They will always try to overcharge you by not setting the taximeter on.

Las zonas húmedas muy bien. En la habitación deberían colocar duvets ya que la ropa de cama actual es como para un hotel en la costa .

El hotel eliminó los desayunos de cortesía a los huéspedes... muy mala jugada , pues cerca de ahí hay (ahora) buenas alternativas para desayunar , en la avenida González Suárez.

El spa , gimnasio y pileta de primera al igual que la atención y el almuerzo

Tener cuidado con los taxis de la cooperativa Hotel Quito siempre cobran más. Este señor asegura que hay recargo. Cuando es confrontado nos cobró lo que marcó el taxímetro.

No me fue bien, la comida es normal, las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado y la red de wifi no funciona en todas las habitaciones

Pedir habitacion con vista al valle

Pésimo servicio de coffee break la comida fría y uno ni acaba de comer y ya están los meseros maleducados recogiendo los platos y se llevan tu plato así sigas comiendo
