Had a pleasant place to stay in Melaka.. Also has free shuttle to Jonker Walk & Dataran Palawan.. But beware, the shuttle is extremely punctual! Will leave u behind if ur not on time! 😒

Spacious room . Decent decor. Comfortable beds . Strong A/C. Wide breakfast spread . 2 complaints: stuffy corridor at level 18, missing membership points for my stay (Rm#1813 stayed on 26-27/9/2016).

Infinity Pool, breakfast was great and the bed is soft. There are hidden charges if you use booking.com. Use agoda instead.

Stay at the Executive Floor and enjoy all day long food and beverage at the Executive Lounge . Worth the little upgrade spent!

Very good customer service at concierge & breakfast "kitchen". Quite near the malls & pahlawan walk. Save traveling time. Late checkout is at 2pm.

A good choice of room. View straight to Malacca Straits . If in clear weather, can see the vessel that use Malacca Strait as a routing. Ask for this room if you stay in Holiday Inn, Malacca.

Great infinity pool . But no lifeguard, maybe on a wkday noon. No one else were there. So swim safely.

Great view of Melaka town centre from the 11th floor. On a good day, you can even see the mystical Gunung Ledang.

One of the better hotels in Melaka that is maintained well , clean & comfy rooms , good breakfasts , polite staff ...but room rates are getting a bit pricey !

Nice hotel with modern design and new furnishings. Staff is friendly and helpful too.

One thing - the wait here for the lifts take a very very long time especially in the mornings/ afternoons as lifts are slow and they service all the way from basement to the top floor!

So nice that they hotel provides singing entertainment. Being so far away from home yet music brings everyone together.

The hotel is cluster-free and gives off a fresh vibe. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool is so pretty :D

Breakfast spread is okay. But nothing to shout about. Mostly taste below average. Some are just awful. The egg station guy dont really know how to cook omelette . Good coffee ,the AIO machine + frother.
