Hands down best place to stay while in Montauk. Stayed in room 98 and loved it! And free breakfast during the summer! Woohoo!

It's fun, and there is a little private beach .... But for $400 a night the rooms need some serious updating. Definitely not a "luxury " resort . But I guess it's covered under the 'its montauk' saying.

The walls are paper thin. Be prepared to share conversations with your neighboring rooms.

Off season is the best time It's peaceful and beautiful.

Maid tends to leave door unlocked so be sure to check it when she's gone- my laptop was stolen right out if my room. Place is infested with carpenter ants

If its to cold to do a beach fire then make sure you light up the fireplace .

Supa fun! Lots of little kids and families but everyone is friendly and private. Good views too!

Definitely try to get a room right on the beach ! What a great way to wake up!
