This place has a very local feel. In a strip mall on the west side if town . We had a burrito and enchiladas suiza . Service and food were both great.

Bro. Try the carnitas . Don’t come from out of town expecting Tex Mex . You’ll find no cheese enchiladas with chili con carne and that’s ok. You’re not in Texas. Great food. Great people.

In my honest opinion this is the best mexican food in the town of pagosa. Chavolo's is off the beaten path, but it is a local favorite.

Great Mexican fare. Had the enchiladas and tamale and would order again. The waitress was super and funny well worth a GOOD tip

Enjoyed the House Margarita , Carnitas , and Carne Asada . Lots of locals. Good sign.

Chili colorado! Ask for it in a chimichanga ! It's my own off-the-menu special!

Chips and salsa was good. Fajitas were only ok. I'm used to texmex and this was nothing like it. Too saucy.

Don't forget the salsa bar . B)
