Lokasinya persis di tengah kota , seberangan sama Balikpapan Plaza . Mungkin karena usia hotel ini udah cukup tua, maka perlu sentuhan yang lebih modern baik dr sisi furniture maupun lighting.
Kalo direnov dkit dg style modern sy yakin pasti hotel ini naik kelas bintangx nambah.. nice hotel :)
