The housekeeping staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. I'd definitely stay here again.
Have stayed here in the summer with family a lil pricey ...stayed last October with boyfriend the weather wasn't all that great buy we stilled had a good time and for what we paid for the room it nice
In 2011 and it was cheap Had free parking and close to brdwlk/beach but that was its ONLY plus.Rooms smelled old and musty.Returned for previous perks in 2012 w/ total makeover and love staying here!

BEWARE!! Forget evrythng I said in the first tip. This place is a shit box. We changed rms cuz there were blk bugs crawling on both beds and there wasnt any hot water. 2nd rm had no hot wtr either.
Room smells musty. Couldn't find the room. No signs directing you to where the room was. Lobby bathroom needed 2 b cleaned .

Great Location just off 3rd St. and boardwalk. Park your car and beach, boardwalk, amusements, restaurants, night life, fishing, water sports, biking, shopping, tennis, all with in walking distance. - Don B
The boardwalk is a good fun day outing. There are plenty of places to shop and eat, and people watch. You could easily spend all day exploring. - Matt
