The menu, created by chef Brisson, changes on a regular basis, keeping the dishes fresh and exciting. Dinner is the epitome of sophistication, however, lunch is a more relaxed experience.

Great locally sourced food with an awesome buzz. Also the type of restaurant which understands the importance of supporting local distillers/brewers. Attentive service completes the trifecta!

Brunch was good, the blood pudding was pretty good. I would come back. Tight spaces here, make sure to use the coat check during winter time.

J'ai adoré l'assiette l'Abbé Chamel. C'était exquis! L'ambiance est chaleureuse également. J'ai toutefois trouvé les boissons (chocolat chaud , jus ) trop petites. Je recommande!

La atención es muy buena. Te hacen recomendaciones para la entrada y el plato fuerte y dependiendo de tu elección te dicen con qué bebida acompañarlo. Como cortesía te dan aceitunas y agua .
