Prices are nearly universally high. However, if you are pursuing that extremely rare and hard to find foodie treat, this ½ store, ½ deli is your best bet to find it.
Densely-packed, broad selection of higher-end foods with knowledgeable staff . Need a can of, say, pistachio oil? They got you.
Love the lemon tarts or Linda's special double brownie !! The flower selection is also second to none!

I just ate a rice Krispy treat with chocolate chunks . I could have eaten the whole pan!
Delightful fine foods focussed grocery store with a great takeout and fresh flowers selection .
Come here for a curry fix. They have small seating too for quick lunch bites
The curry here is actually kinda great. Surprisingly good actually.
The boys at the deli counter will often forget your sandwich on the panini press. Make sure to remind them while you wait.
You usually have to wait for a long time at the deli section before the staff notice you, even when they're not busy. Today a woman was eating behind the counter and didn't even see me!
The cafe next door has a long communal table , perfect for sharing with a big group of friends
I love this store. Can't walk in without spending money. Staff are friendly , too. Love that it is my neighborhood store.
50% off pastries around 4pm! 50% off sandwiches around 6pm!
Fairly good gourmet market in Granville. Deli can be so full it is not worth it.
The DineOutVan menu is pretty good for $18!
Don't buy the mint chocs on offer. They are well past their best! And the shop had closed before I could return them. Yuk.
Over-priced low-quality product that is very rarely as fresh as they say. People are very nice though.
Check best before dates before purchasing.
Good for specialty items but be prepared for $$$
Avoid any of their fresh items that are marked down (cookies , sandwiches etc) they are almost always very stale.
High quality fresh flowers , arrangements here!
redesigned floorplan, wider aisles , meat case gone
gourmet selection\'s great but make sure you never buy produce here!
The cashier was unwilling to give me changes when I only had a 20-dollar bill for a celery . She even doubted that I do have enough changes! Very rude.
never use your debit card here... have heard of at least half dozen ppl with compromised cards!
Meinhardt's you should be better...a totally mediocre Anericano and the tiniest lame $2 cookie I've ever had
Overpriced for the fresh meal section. Sometimes the staff isn't very friendly .
Expensive!!But LOTS of good stuff.
Expensive with small aisles
Cooking class was neat but not really hands on. :(
Broadest selection of gear for cooks in the city, including electrics and knives. Staff is with some exceptions both friendly and helpful. Some top-quality foodstuffs, including Ernest ice cream. - Scott Rose
Great little grocery store, always find good deals and quality products plus the staff is friendly. The daily soups are delicious and I love the UBC carrots! - Alli Boyd
Try the #29 - ramen w/ squash & miso broth, it's refreshing and delish on a cold rainy day - Rachael Currie
Two level store! Postal office is at the second level and the lotto checking machine is hidden right by the stairs. - Colleen Wong
Beautiful clothes but also great gift ideas for the home - Celeste Moure
