Appalling service! The waiters don't even know correctly what is all on the menu! Food is good but pricey , and it is not really a Tea House, but a café aiming to compete with Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge .
The nutella waffle is a winner!
Love the snacks and the usual milk tea here.
Risotto was yummy. Service needs improvement.

Poor service.. We ordered hummus and pita which took more than 45 mins and the portion was miserly. Lemongrass tea was decent.

My personal favorite was Saffron tea and it was clearly one of the top 5 I have tried so far. So if you are CHAI lover than you cannot afford to miss this place. - Foodreviewonline
The Sulaimani and Kulhad Vaali chais are signature Chaayos products and are excellent. Take-away Chai is very cleverly packed to keep the chai warm. Food-wise try the Kulhad chicken and Kulchhas! Yum! - Annie C
