Service terrible. Took us an hour to checkout. Bad advice on what Geek Squad could do. Several Robo calls to set up delivery AFTER stuff was delivered. Totally a bad experience in spending $2,000 .
I love Best Buy. Shopped all weekend and finally bought the iPad 4. I is so great.
Bought 3 computers & Geek Squad protection on all. Last time I'll do that. They are competent & nice. But, when my hard drive failed they were unable to fix and tried to charge even with warranty.
Don't buy Apple accessories here unless you price match. Best Buy marks most of them up by about 10%.
