If you do nothing else before you die, you MUST try Nora's Huevos Rancheros . The homemade green chili is outstanding, and they cook the eggs to a perfect over medium. You will NOT regret it!

You feel transported back in time :-) Breakfast is good and varied! Be prepared to wait to get a table but you will not regret the wait! For Europeans the coffee is on the weak side.

If I can eat breakfast at only 1 place in the U.S., take me to the Grand Tetons, let me sit at the bar and eat huevos rancheros with the best green sauce ever. Ok... and banana bread :)

Huevos Rancheros are the bomb. The breakfast burrito is the same with hashbrowns vs refrained beans.

The breakfast crowd can be a little chaotic. You will always have to wait on weekends. Have faith that there is a system.

Get whatever floats your boat, but be sure to get a pancake on the side. And if fish for breakfast is your thing, the trout comes highly recommended.
