The bar/lounge! Chicly decorated and the wonderful drinks on the menu are really affordable . The whiskey range is amazeballs; and the snack bar is free flow for a really low price. No faults so far!
Breakfast is super nice. Get rooms with a patio , it's definitely worth it. Wifi can be unstable in the evening, use the Ethernet(bring adaptor!). There's a grocery shop right across the street.
Breakfast buffet is awesome. Great lounge with plugs to work on laptops.
15 minute walk from Kyoto Station or about a 5 minute walk from Kujo (one station from Kyoto).

学生寮をリノベーションした宿。周囲には少し離れたところにイオンモールがあるくらいなので、食事は済ましてきた方が良さそう。朝食 が美味しいのと、バー があります。
