Lovely staff ! Great coffee won't tell my favourite classes too full already!
Try and avoid Monday and Tuesday nights as car park is crammed through the classes . Also be nice to the staff as most of them bite.
The Gym is closed from 1ish on Mondays for a healthy heart session.
