The best Pho is not at Pho Hoa. It's either La Pagode or Pagolac. Other than Pho , you should order their #73 meal (rice , pork chop , eggs , etc). My fave is #65 (aka 4A)pork, spring roll , etc on noodle .

The best Pho in Edmonton! Try #35 too... noodles in a nice hot chicken broth . Great on cold winter day.
