We visited on Sunday so enjoyed the delicious roast dinner . We started by share the baked Camembert with walnuts and honey - really tasty! No room for pudding

Lovely sweet potato , butternut squash and caramelised onion soup . Fish cakes were delicate and varied. Treacle tart with stem ginger cream was brilliant combo. Gnocchi okay but not amazing.
Solid burger -7.5/10 Bun : excellent, salad/lettuce/onion : fresh, Burger : overdone but still tastes good. Get it with bacon a blue cheese . Chips are perfect!
Great place to go when the weather is great as they got a massive riverside front to sit down and enjoy a drink or meal.
The setting is great in spring/summer. Food is good. It gets too busy on weekends.
Try the taster dessert platter. Great value for money and they know their desserts !
The beer garden backs onto the river and is relatively quiet in winter.
