Cheats run this place. I canceled my membership, got charged again, and then was told I owed another cancellation fee and no refund for the over-charge. Inappropriate business practices.
Recently switched back to 24hr (as of 7/13/2020), masks required when entering/exiting & when not on a machine exercising due to the current COVID Pandemic
This is a great store! They carry so many unusual things that are also delicious. Staff is super friendly & knows where everything is! You can even make your own nut butters. Reasonable prices too. - Edward

This is a great gym! You can enter the Capital Clubhouse at 8 a.m., but, if you want to go earlier, go around the back. The staff is great here! :) They keep up the machines and it's always clean. - Sara
