Clover Machine is amazing and well worth a special trip. Partners were incredibly nice, and willing to let us sample multiple reserve coffees . Very nice store!

Cozy location in the heart of mentor. Staff is knowledgeable about menu and are able to make "secret menu " drinks upon request.

Use the preorder option on the app. Walked in and there was a long line . Walked right to front and my drink was already in the pick up rack.

Always seems to be a bit understaffed for the amount of people there. Service is usually good, but a very small starbucks with a backed up line makes it feel cramped and uncomfortable

This is a nice place 2 go 2 & get a coffee in Mentor.

Go for personal status, not good coffee . Place is dirty , cramped & status symbol for the elites that go to Big Coffee rather than an independent. Automatic espresso machine rather than a barista now.

Chai latte with soymilk no water = amazing :q
