Picture taking spot! Eye catching e-water fountain which replaces the old water fountain . Very creative steel rain drops which synchornizes magnificently. :)
Through slow fluid motion, the sculptures can form 16 shapes. Look out for aeroplane, hot air balloon, kite, dragon & other abstract art forms
