Reviewers are unhappy about breakfast in this hotel , but on the contrary I enjoyed it. Lots of veggies and lentils , would be good to have some more fruits too!

The hotel from the outside and the lobby are beautiful! But the hotel leaves so much to be Desired. The service is poor - slow.. Rooms weren't cleaned before we checked in nor the morning after.

Our room was missing pillows and our phone was broken so we went down to the front desk to ask for pillows , none came. Had to go down again. Towels were ripped. Terrible cleaning service in general.

They are still SELECTIVELY slow! 12345678 log on is still SLOW/takes several tries! There should be a NO AMERICANS welcome because WE ARE NOT WELCOME!!!! Waiting 30 min for service after salad ! :-(

Dirty ,Slow Assistance,no air condition in the room and in the hall,the food made me sick... the Wi-Fi Pass if you fell in this place is : 12345678 (try a few times...at last it will work)

30 min walk away from el fena center..nothing closer just hotels ...otel room quality is okey

This can't be 4 stars. Rooms could be cleaner, smell better, be taken better care of. But what really lack is service, took ages to get the room cleaned at arrival just to find out towels were missing

The hair dryer wasn't working, shower water wasn't enough, door handle of the bathroom was broken, the towel they gave had holes in it. Very poor conditions; I wouldn't advice this hotel ....

Marrakesh te kalınabilecek temiz ve gürl bir otel ,kahvaltı çeşitliliği daha iyi olabilir,az çeşit var ve olanlar da hemen bitiyor

Düşmanıma bile tavsiye etmem, çakma 4 yıldızlı otel , çok büyük. Kahvalti idare eder ama akşam yemeği çok kötü. Her akşam, hindi ve tavuk ayrıca safranlı pilav ve dandik pizzaya mahkumsun.Bir daha asla

Rezil bir otel sakın ha,odada tv kumandası yoktu 5 defa söyledik değişen bir şey yok,saç kurutma makinadı çalışmıyor 5 defa söyledik tamir ettiremedik 2 yıldız bile etmez..
