This is my 2nd time to spend nights here. Among other Novotel hotels i already visited, the hotel offer amenities in minimum level. But still, you can ask for extra if needed.

Best gym ! Food is quite value for money when compared to other hotel in the city . Room is good but no wireless Internet in the room!!!

If you ended up ordering room service , try its Balikpapan Fried Rice . It got many things on a plate, very tasty, and somehow I don't feel getting ripped off too much (around IDR 72k after tax+service)

Recommended hotel for tourist

Bad service, once we stayed here the hotel moved us to the next hotel and the marketing was so irresponsible by not giving us prior notice.I don't think am going to consider myself staying again.
