Solid, reasonably priced restaurant in OSJ. Great for lunch especially. Try their pique, it has great flavor with a little kick. Had the mero, it was very good.

Delicious, friendly , and local! Try the mofongo , empanada de pollo (breaded chicken ), and rice with beans. The flan de queso is a must, especially if you like cheesecake !

It was a great local place with great specials. I had the whole red snapper . Someone else had the special "goat stew " and enjoyed it.(they like goat ) You can sit at the bar and get served immediately

The breakfast sandwiches are great & super tasty, and best of all affordable . Lunch entrees are very authentic puertorrican food. Everyone should try the Empanada de Pollo . And try their beans too!

Very yummy, good service . Mofongo was delicious.Boyfriend had steak and enjoyed it. Local beer good. Another review mentioned fresh mango juice , it was tasty but from a can and you can buy in stores.

A diner in the heart of old San Juan that serves up cheap and authentic local grub. Their hot sauce and green sauce go great with everything!

If you want fancy and overpriced, this is not the place to go. Get into the island mode, sit back, enjoy a cup of expresso coffee cup and have some breakfast . Prices are hard to beat in Old San Juan.

A great place for breakfast ! The food was great and the staff where very professional and friendly . Tip: bring a sweater, the AC is at max power.

The rice and beans were delicious; garlic shrimp was average, had better. Large portions ,reasonable prices. Most seating is cafeteria counter style, which is kinda cool in an old skool kind of way.

The daily specials and the Bistec Encebollado never disappoint.
